Intellectual Property Law

The greatest competitive advantage is knowledge.”

I am extremely enthusiastic to learn about lesser known intellectual property rights, and always in a look out for readings on issues where intellectual property rights merges with technology.

I love to write on issues related to trademark, copyright, design, patent, publicity rights, trade secrets and geographical indications.
